Well done to all the Middlesex runners representing Great Britain in the European Cross-Country Championships in Dublin.

Congratulations in particular to Hayley Yelling on winning gold. Mo Farah & Nick Goolab both won silver. Team golds went Nick and Richard Goodman – the youngest member of the team. Hayley & Mo also picked up team silvers.
