Roy Stratton Officials’ Official of the Year

This award is named in memory of Roy Stratton, former Officials’ Secretary who sadly passed away in 2023.
Roy was an accomplished athlete, official and two time Middlesex AA president as well as being County Officials’ Secretary for many years. He was also passionate about the development of officials.

The award is aimed at all Middlesex Officials and will be nominated and judged by officials.
It will allow officials to nominate one of their colleagues for any of three reasons:
a. Best Newcomer (under 3 years experience)
b. Best Coach or Mentor
c. Outstanding contribution during the past 12 months.
