    or the first time in conjunction with Surrey AA and their Disability Open at Kingsmeadow, Kingston on 18th April 2026 the County will be holding a Championships for Para-Athletes.

    Open to Athletes either born or currently resident in the historic County of Middlesex (9 months continuous residence prior to competition).

    Events:  

    Ambulant Track / Ambulant Field / Seated Throws / Frame Running / Wheelchair Racing

    Medals will be awarded in mixed age groups and classifications, and results will be based on the World Para Athletics Point Scoring System

    Medal Age Groups: 

    Senior / U20 & U18 / U16 & U14

  • Middlesex AA 5000m Track Championships

    Middlesex AA 5000m Track Championships

    2026 will see the County 5000m Track Championship Races hosted by Highgate Harriers as part of their Spring Open at Parliament Hill on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 instead of at the main Track and Field Championships in May.

    U20 and Seniors welcome.
