The Middlesex 20 Miles Championships were decided at the Finchley 20 on Sunday. The medalists were:
Women
1. Lucy Ashe (Harrow) – 2:13:03
2. Alexandra Longton (Hillingdon) – 2:20:41
3. Sasha Birkin (Metros) – 2:21:15

Men
1. Jonathan Poole (Serpentine) – 1:50:54
2. Christopher Oddy (Serpentine) – 1:53:45
3. Paul Gaimster (VPH&THAC) – 1:56:42
