Middlesex 5000m Track Championships 2026

This year the County have decided to hold the 5000m Track Championships for Seniors and U20 athletes on a separate day to the Main Track and Field Championships.

Highgate Harriers have kindly offered to hold the races as part of their Spring Open at Parliament Hill Track on Wednesday 22nd April.

The min standard for Men is 18mins 30secs and for Women is 22:00mins. Please no times over this standard. 

The total number of entries for each event will be limited. You are strongly advised to enter as soon as possible using the link below. Entries will close when event is full or otherwise at midnight on Saturday 18th April 2026.

The County wish to thank Highgate Harriers for agreeing to host the race.

The County’s 3000m Championship for U16 and U18 Athletes will take place as normal at the Main Track and Field Championships at Lee Valley on 9th-10th May.
