We attach the Prospectus for the 2024 Middlesex Cross Country Championships which will be hosted by Ealing, Southall & Middlesex at Horsenden Hills on Saturday 6th January 2024.

Entries are open with links sent to affiliated clubs.

Other eligible Individuals (by Birth or Residence) not a member of a Middlesex club are entitled to enter and pay the entry fee direct themselves. Please use the following entry sheet:- Individual Entries
