We have finalised arrangements for this year’s Officials Reception, which is to be held on Saturday 28 October at The Freemasons Arms, Highgate (same venue as last year). Start time is 7:00 for 7:30. Hot

The Middlesex 10K Road Race will be held at Victoria Park on 1st October. Online entries are open through RunBritain, click here to enter. Alternatively click here for an entry form.

The County Road Relays will be held on 10th September 2023 at the Minet Centre. Entries should be made by Affiliated Clubs only but details are set out in the attached race prospectus.

The Senior British Inter-Counties Mountain Race will be held on Sunday 7th May 2023 at Sedbergh in Cumbria.  It will be held in conjunction with the GB & NI  trial for the ‘Up-and Down’ race
